At our farm, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We ensure that every mango is carefully selected, freshly packed, and delivered with care.
Returns
Since mangoes are fresh and perishable products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged or spoiled fruits received
- Incorrect order delivered
- Missing items in the order
To process your request, customers may be asked to share photos or videos of the product for verification purposes.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
Quality Assurance
We take special care in harvesting, packing, and transporting our mangoes to maintain freshness and quality during delivery.
